Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the OME platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

OME reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

User Responsibilities

Users of the OME platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights of other users
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Protect their account credentials
• Report violations of these terms
• Conduct their own due diligence before engaging with businesses
• Accept responsibility for their decisions and actions

Platform Rights

OME reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove content that violates policies
• Modify or discontinue platform features
• Limit access to the platform
• Investigate suspected violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required

Account Termination

OME reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Inaccurate or misleading information
• Failure to comply with legal requirements

Users may terminate their account at any time by discontinuing use of the platform. Termination does not relieve users of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Limitation of Liability

OME is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OME makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Reliability of verification systems
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of the platform
• Compatibility with user systems

OME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of OME shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration as a final resort

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Intellectual Property

OME and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Gold Fleece Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they submit to the platform but grant OME a license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating the platform.

User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for all content they submit to the platform. By submitting content, users represent and warrant that:

• They own or have the right to submit the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content complies with these terms and platform policies
